- Completed higher education, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology or Sociology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Solid knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with deadlines and multiple priorities
- Good PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, payroll programs, etc.)
- Organized, proactive and results-oriented person
Job description
- Completion and transmission of individual employment contracts, with their related actions: conclusion, modification, suspension or termination
- Managing the entire integration process of new employees
- Monitoring and management of personnel documents, according to the legislation in force
- Managing and recording salaries, preparing payrolls and sending them to financial departments
- Payroll data administration, including management of absences, holidays and other benefits
- Implementing and managing employee performance evaluation processes
- Collaborating with management teams to develop an efficient and motivating organizational climate
- Ensuring compliance with internal regulations, as well as legal ones in the field of labor
- Participation in the development and implementation of training and continuous development programs for staff
