The ideal candidate
- Higher education in technical, economic or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial unit with complex infrastructure
- Solid knowledge in the field of industrial installations, including electrical, hydraulic, thermal, water and gas installations, and compressed air compressors
- Knowledge in the field of energy and water consumption management
- Experience in managing projects for efficiency, automation and retrofitting of installations
- Excellent team management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Solid knowledge in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applications specific to infrastructure management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English is an advantage
Job description
- Supervision of the operation of administrative, industrial and auxiliary buildings
- Monitoring and coordinating the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and thermal installations, including transformers, cooling towers, pumping stations, water recirculation systems, compressors, compressed air installations used in the production process
- Ensuring optimal functioning of electricity and water supply systems
- Maintenance and management of parking lots, warehouses and other auxiliary spaces
- Ensuring the necessary materials for personnel, consumables, work equipment and other resources necessary for carrying out current activities
- Planning and implementing projects to reduce energy, water and other resource consumption, participating in the development and implementation of projects to re-engineer industrial installations and modernize equipment to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Management of administrative and legal documentation such as preparing, updating and submitting all necessary documents for the extension of current authorizations and licenses, ensuring that the factory complies with all legal requirements; developing and managing administrative documentation, including maintenance plans, consumption reports, inspection reports; ensuring proper archiving of documentation and compliance with legal retention periods
- Preparing periodic reports and monitoring resource consumption (electricity, water, fuels, materials), implementing measures to reduce them
- Coordinating the management of the company's car fleet, including maintenance, periodic inspections and management of vehicle documentation
- Procurement of equipment and materials for infrastructure maintenance, including negotiation and management of supplier relationships
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding infrastructure maintenance and resource utilization
- Analysis and reporting to factory management on the general condition of the installations and the need for additional investments
