Job description
- Ensures the legality of the activities carried out by the Company and provides specialized consultancy to all departments within the company, in accordance with the regulatory acts in force.
- Approves for legality contracts, agreements, transactions and any other legal acts that engage the legal liability of the company
- Negotiates legal contractual clauses
- Follows the progress of trials, by keeping records of trial dates, preparing the necessary documents for presentation at trial dates with additions and new evidence, if necessary
- Collaborates with law firms and provides them with the information and documents requested by them
- Prepares the formalities provided by law in the event of amending the articles of association, ensuring the registration of documents at the Trade Register Office
- Prepares, with the other designated persons within the Company, the convocations of the General Meeting of Shareholders and submits the adopted decisions to the Trade Register, in order to mention them and publish them in the Official Gazette of Romania.
- Manages the company's land registry activities
- Follows the regulatory acts published in the Official Gazette of Romania, prepares reports on aspects concerning the Company's activity
- Archives documents/files regarding litigation, by registering and preserving all legal acts issued by institutions and the legal department
- Prepares addresses, legal notifications to other companies/institutions
The activity is carried out from the office, at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
