The ideal candidate
- You are organized, attentive to details and know how to adapt when challenges arise
- You like working in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid of deadlines.
- You are curious, you want to understand how things work and you like to find solutions
- You have team spirit, but you also know how to organize yourself
- You have higher education (or are close to completing it)
- You know English at an advanced level (other languages are a plus: Spanish, Czech, German, etc.)
- Are you willing to relocate to Târgu Mureș (the job is full-time in the office, not remote).
Job description
- You search for and analyze potential suppliers, locally and internationally
- Negotiate commercial conditions and participate in establishing contracts
- You keep in touch with existing suppliers and are involved in monitoring their performance
- You collaborate closely with the sales and production teams – this requires flexibility, sometimes things change overnight
- You actively participate in optimizing procurement processes and finding quick solutions
