Job description

• Develops the annual, monthly, weekly production plan, according to the procedure or with any other frequency at the request of management
• Ensures the correlation of the manufacturing program with existing capacities and plans production by ensuring production lines are in flow
• Tracks the timely introduction of new product types
• Modify in justified cases the order of execution of some works provided for in the production program, provided that the contractual terms are respected
• Establishes minimum stock of unfinished production at each operation and analyzes the efficiency of launching special products or small quantities into production - establishing minimum/efficient batches
• Establishes the need for raw materials and materials necessary for the production program and draws up the product production schedule, correlated with technical and material supply, available capacities and maximum workforce capacity
• Prepares production planning on machines, dashboard on each factory and production section
• Analyzes daily the status of the work provided for in the program, accumulates data on the production achieved and informs management
• Enters work-in-process inventory lists and generates raw materials and material balances
• Track daily achievements by machine, product, person and analyze the use of production capacities
• Checks the accuracy of records: worksheets, dashboard
• Report daily the status of ongoing production
• Communicate with the maintenance department so that the equipment operates at optimal parameters
• Keep in touch with the production department to find out information about the status of orders and production capacities so that they can update the production plan
• Prepare the activity report which must include the 5 plans: annual, monthly, weekly, daily with TO DO lists
