Commercial Clerk / Invoicer - Acatari
The ideal candidate
- Secondary or higher education, preferably in the economic field
- Availability for Saturday program
- Very good PC operating skills (MS Office)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and customer relations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines
- Proactive attitude, oriented towards achieving results
The activity takes place at the offices in Acatari, Mures County.
Job description
- Issuing invoices according to internal procedures and tracking the return of documents from customers
- Receiving, processing, interpreting and transmitting orders from customers to other departments in the company
- Monitoring the rhythmic implementation of the delivery schedule and the shipment of goods in accordance with the orders received from customers, under the established quality conditions
- Providing information to customers regarding the product range, stocks, prices, delivery times, delivery conditions
- Reporting/keeping specific records
