- Higher education in electrical engineering, electrotechnics or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing and implementing photovoltaic installations, including large-scale projects
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, budgeting and team coordination
- Advanced knowledge of photovoltaic systems (panels, inverters, monitoring systems)
- ANRE authorization (minimum level IIIA) - advantage
- Basic knowledge in SCADA and automation systems - advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
- Advanced level of English language proficiency
Job description
- Coordination and management of photovoltaic park development projects, from the planning phase to implementation
- Design, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, including panels, inverters and energy storage systems
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance of photovoltaic installations to maximize energy production
- Management and maintenance of the factory's electrical systems, with a focus on the integration of renewable energy sources
- Development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical and photovoltaic equipment
- Collaborating with suppliers, contractors and authorities to obtain permits and implement projects
- Feasibility analysis and preparation of technical and financial reports for photovoltaic projects
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and environmental standards in the energy field
The activity takes place at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
