- Completed higher education
- Availability for permanent relocation to Târgu Mureș
- Solid knowledge in areas such as operational management, strategic planning and industrial processes
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management position
- Demonstrated skills in project management, including the coordination and implementation of organizational development projects
- Advanced level of English language proficiency
- Integrity, vision and results orientation
Job description
- Supporting and assisting the General Manager in coordinating the company's operational, administrative and strategic activities
- Active participation in the development and implementation of business plans and medium and long-term strategies
- Coordinating middle-management teams and promoting an organizational culture based on professionalism, responsibility and collaboration
- Representing the company in relations with strategic partners, authorities and other stakeholders
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing corrective measures to improve results
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to streamline internal processes and reduce costs
- Active involvement in managing operational risks and ensuring compliance with legal standards and industry regulations
- Supporting digitalization and technological modernization initiatives, in order to increase the company's competitiveness on the market
- Involvement in developing and strengthening the company's competitive advantage by optimizing internal resources and processes
