Job description
- Organizes and coordinates the activity of the section, training and monitoring team leaders to ensure that they fulfill their job duties
- Organizes and ensures the implementation of the production program, in conditions of maximum efficiency by organizing production and work management, manufacturing flows, compliance with raw material consumption norms, working time and the quality of the products executed
- Coordinates the production activity of staff through production process managers throughout the shift, ensuring that all operations are carried out according to plan
- Manages stocks of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products and waste
- Participates, together with the TECHNICAL, PLUP and Quality departments, in the implementation of continuous improvement plans
- Prepares the work schedule of subordinate staff on his shift and ensures that all equipment is covered by personnel for the proper functioning of the factory and the achievement of the production plan
- Participates in the evaluation of subordinate personnel together with the production manager and the technical manager
- Report and resolve issues that arise in real time
The activity takes place at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
