- Completed higher education, preferably in the field of economics, engineering, management
- Availability for permanent relocation to Târgu Mureș
- Advanced knowledge of English, any other advanced European language is an advantage (interviews are held in English)
- Availability for extended work hours
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar or management position
- A good entrepreneur, well-organized and attentive to details, with respect for customers and motivated to provide impeccable service to them

Job description
The Commercial Director is the person responsible for developing and implementing the company's Commercial Policy. His general objective is to organize, plan, manage, coordinate and control the entire commercial activity of the company, through the efficient use of all available internal and external resources. The Commercial Director constantly correlates the company's commercial actions with its global activity in order to have a unified policy for promoting the company's products.
- Ensuring the organizational structure of the Commercial Department so that it constitutes the development engine in order to achieve the company's strategic development plans. Alignment with professional market standards regarding subordinate personnel
- Daily monitoring of the activity of subordinate personnel to ensure the correct application of operational sales procedures
- Adapting the sales structure according to the particularities imposed by the market and the business development possibilities
- Permanent monitoring of market positioning: using market tools for the most correct positioning - purchased databases, market studies, participation in conferences, fairs, any kind of events from which we can benefit from advantages in terms of know-how, new markets, etc.
- Preparing and updating the benchmarking analysis on a permanent basis in order to integrate the aspects identified as positive, respectively to eliminate risk factors
- Defining sales objectives and providing support in achieving them
- Developing clusters at the customer/market level and applying a personalized marketing mix to each
- Continuously developing the customer database, contributing to its enrichment in terms of data, structure, and described flows
- Increasing the commercial margin with a focus on more profitable products while not departing from the company's policy of reducing business risk by diversifying markets
- Identification and inclusion in concluded contracts of clauses that minimize both the currency risk and the risk generated by the evolution of metal prices on the market
The activity is carried out from the office, at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
