In the context of the expansion and digitalization of our industrial processes, we are looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and digital transformation.
- Higher education in engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (CTO, Technical Director or Technology Manager) in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of industrial processes, ERP systems, automated production technologies
- Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking and solution orientation, with a proactive approach to challenges
- Focus on productivity and rapid delivery of high-quality solutions
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technology projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate across departments
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Job description
- Defining, implementing and overseeing the company's technology strategy, with the aim of improving operational performance, integrating industry innovations and supporting the company's sustainable growth objectives
- Developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, aligned with overall business objectives
- Coordination and management of technical, production, quality and planning departments
- Coordination of automation, digitalization and optimization processes of production flows
- Management and supervision of the company's strategic development projects
- Supervising the technical team and developing it through leadership, mentoring and recruitment
- Monitoring industry trends and assessing opportunities for innovation and technology investments
The activity takes place at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
