We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Commercial Back Office, who will support us in the efficient management of commercial and administrative processes.
In this role, you will have an essential contribution in the bidding process, costing and management of extensive databases, ensuring high-quality operational support for our sales team. - Previous experience in Back Office, sales or similar roles
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience in managing large and complex databases
- Ability to analyze financial and commercial data, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer orientation, with excellent communication and relationship skills
- Advanced knowledge of English, any other European language is an advantage
- Availability for extended hours
Job description
- Creating and managing price quotes for customers, based on their requirements and product specifications
- Cost calculation and analysis, ensuring that all financial details are correctly implemented and updated
- Managing and updating commercial and logistics databases in Excel at an advanced level, including advanced functions, pivot tables and complex formulas
- Monitoring contracts and verifying their compliance with the established commercial conditions
- Maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring that all their requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparing reports and commercial analyses, providing support to the sales team and management in making strategic decisions
- Support in the ordering process, ensuring the accuracy and updating of data regarding deliveries, prices and deadlines
