Assistant Supply Chain Manager
The ideal candidate
We are looking for an Assistant to the Supply Chain Manager who coordinates the key departments: Commercial, Logistics and Purchases. You will work side by side with experienced people, in a continuously expanding business. - Advanced university degree (preferably in fields such as economics, business administration, engineering)
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an administrative/coordination/operational support role
- Some of your qualities could be considered good organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to effectively manage deadlines and the ability to persevere in completing assumed responsibilities.
- You are very attentive to details, but you don't lose sight of the big picture.
- Demonstrate initiative and openness to learning, actively involving yourself in processes and contributing to the team's evolution
- You have solid skills in Microsoft Excel (lists, basic formulas, pivot tables - a plus), Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
Job description
- Centralization, correlation and updating of weekly data from Commercial, Logistics and Procurement Directors
- Tracking the tasks and deliverables of each department in relation to the overall plan
- Preparing progress reports, status meetings and presentations for management
- Tracking and organizing essential documentation: orders, forecasts, deliveries
- Managing a dynamic agenda: internal meetings, visits, commercial discussions
- Supporting the development of the reporting system and internal planning
- Representing a bridge between teams and the Supply Chain Manager – a role of trust and visibility
The activity takes place from the office, at the work point in Acatari, Mures County.
